Randy Richardson

Randy Richardson, an Assistant Paralegal, first came to Mayerson & Associates in 2012.  Randy supports the paralegal team with maintaining and organizing client files.  On April 2, 2015, World Autism Awareness Day, Randy spoke at the United Nations on the important subject of employment for individuals on the spectrum.  At that presentation, he spoke about the hiring process, his positive experience working as a part of the Mayerson team, the training support he received from JobPath, and why employers and individuals with autism need to have high expectations.  Randy has also been interviewed by the New York Post and a local radio station. He has presented at numerous speaking engagements in NYC talking about the benefit to employers when hiring individuals with autism.  As someone who has walked in the same shoes as many of our clients, he understands the value of respect, dignity, and pride that each of our client families deserves.
